Our Story
"In every ancient vine, a thousand forgotten voices still speak — if only we listen."
Long before the first cities rose from stone, before alphabets were etched onto clay, there were vines.

Twisting through rocky hillsides and fertile valleys, the grapevine was among the earliest plants tamed by human hands — a silent witness to our earliest prayers, celebrations, and sorrows.

Today, hidden among modern vineyards dominated by a handful of global varieties, a few ancient grapes still endure.

Each glass of their wine is a living link to civilizations long past, carrying whispers of Phoenician sailors, Nabatean merchants, and Byzantine monks who once tended the very roots we taste today.

Those ancestral vines are what we intend to explore here.
